Mr. Tavella has experience with park masterplan downtown redevelopments, housing developments, streetscapes, parks and plazas, academic and corporate facilities and private estates. Thomas R. Tavella has more than 30 years of experience in land use planning, landscape architecture, and urban design. He is a past president of the American Society of Landscape Architects. Throughout his career, Mr. Tavella has managed numerous design teams in the preparation of feasibility studies, master plans and site plans for a variety of project types and scales.His ability to work with civil engineers, architects and other design professionals, as well as contractors enables him to achieve the most realistic, aesthetic and sustainable design solutions. These interdisciplinary and practical skills have allowed him to meet clients’ needs in a professional and cost-effective manner.
